Her greatest skills come from her ability to authentically connect with her clients from a place of compassion and understanding. Through years of struggling with obesity and addiction she has developed a great passion for fitness and health and loves to share that enthusiasm with others. Those struggles also offered her opportunities to grow spiritually and emotionally and sharing that wisdom to

help others has become the purpose of her journey. Jen is working on writing her memoir to share her story and reach others who may need a dose of hope. She has developed and facilitated self-help workshops and looks forward to growing that aspect of her business. Check out the services she offers as an LMT utilizing her Intuitive Touch to create unique services like 'Meditation Massage' and 'Massage & A Message'. CUSTOMIZED MASSAGE
Your massage with Jen will be tailored to your individual needs at every visit. Jen's work is very intuitive so between your intake conversation and her intuition you will receive a massage that is specific to what you need in that moment. She has a gift of creating a peaceful, sometimes transcendent atmosphere for your relaxation, and is also capable of doing deep work on stubborn muscular issues within the body. However the session goes, you will leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

I remember hearing someone say, β€œIf I just accept it the way it is, it’s gonna stay the way it is. And if I don’t accept it the way it is, it’s still gonna be the way it is.” That stuck with me. If we can’t change it/them taking a breath and accepting it without reacting is the way to keep our peace. βœ¨πŸ’šβœ¨
