Reiki Is a Practice of Returning
There’s a difference between coping… and truly regulating.
Between reacting… and responding.
Between pushing through… and softening into awareness.
Reiki is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering how to be with yourself.
One of the most powerful things I’ve witnessed is how Reiki gently recalibrates the nervous system. Not through effort. Not through analysis. But through consistent presence.
When we place our hands on the body with intention, something simple yet profound happens: we begin to feel again. Not dramatically. Not overwhelmingly. But honestly.
Reiki Level I (Shoden) is where that relationship begins.
In this class, we explore:
• How energy moves through the body
• How stress imprints on the nervous system
• The role of touch in self-regulation
• The Reiki Precepts as a daily grounding practice
• How to give yourself a full self-treatment
• How to hold space in a steady, embodied way
You will receive your Reiki attunement, hands-on practice, and practical tools you can integrate immediately into daily life.
Students often share that after class they:
– Sleep more deeply
– Feel less reactive
– Navigate emotions with more steadiness
– Develop a stronger sense of internal safety
– Trust themselves more
Reiki Level I is foundational. It is about self-practice first. While some continue on to share Reiki professionally, this level is centered on your own awareness and well-being. You have the option to take Level I only.

10:30am – 5pm, Saturday & Sunday weekends of March 7, 8 and 28, 29. Overnight accommodations available at The Grand Oaks Resort in Weirsdale, Florida.
Held at a beautiful equestrian resort surrounded by nature, horses and Grand Oak trees. Includes manual, journal + pen, Reiki gift, and certificate.
Class size is intentionally limited to preserve depth and personal attention. A waitlist is offered and additional dates are based on interest.
