You love God, but you’re tired.
Tired of trying harder.
Tired of carrying spiritual pressure no one talks about.
Tired of wondering why faith feels heavy instead of life-giving.
This space is for the woman who wants a real relationship with God again not another list of things to fix.

Why I coach this way (and why I won’t change it):
I don’t coach to fix people.
I coach because most people were never broken—they were trained to perform.
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned how to:
• be acceptable
• be productive
• be spiritual
• be strong
• be “fine”
And we got really good at it.
But performance has a cost.
It disconnects you from yourself, from God, and eventually from your own voice.
So no—I won’t push quick breakthroughs.
I won’t hype transformation.
I won’t give you scripts to become a more impressive version of yourself.
I coach slowly.
I coach relationally.
I coach in a way that makes room for truth to surface without fear.
This work looks less like “becoming someone new”
and more like remembering who you were before you learned to perform.
People who work with me often say things like:
“I didn’t realize how much I was pretending until I stopped.”
or
“For the first time, I feel permission to be honest.”
That’s the work.
If someone in your life is tired of pretending, striving, or carrying spiritual pressure they can’t name—this might be the kind of space they’re looking for.

We have 10 cats, 3 indoor and 7 outdoor (to many to list names however I am sure you will at some point meet them all).
We also have 58 chickens 1 of which is a rooster (I can’t tell most of the ladies apart).
2 beautiful dogs Amora and Mirari
We just moved to a country home in January of 2018, where we hope to work towards being more self sufficient. The goal is to grow our own food and survive off of our 3 ½ acres. (yes this includes raising our own meat)
While I can’t tell you we are vegan, lactose free, gluten free, etc. I can tell you that we strive to live a healthier lifestyle than we ever did in the past.
The ultimate goal for me is to go chemical free and organic. (my BF is not always on the same page) Not just in what we eat but also in the products we use throughout our home.
The Journey to Wellness both Mental and Physical is a long one. I hope and Pray you will follow along and learn from it and with me.
