Cervicogenic Headaches 🧠

Neck based headaches are way more common than most people think. A 2025 study compared manual therapy options for cervicogenic headache and found that manual therapy approaches can improve pain and disability - with spinal manipulation ranking highest for short term pain relief and disability outcomes.

We loved being part of Free Laundry Day at Welches Laundromat with Love One 🤍

Our team offered free 10-minute chair massages and shared information about how we support the community at Mountain Life Clinic—because everyone deserves access to care and connection.

The day also included free food and take-home essentials like flashlights, sleeping pads, toiletries, and more. We’re so grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another in meaningful ways.
