Nice weather is back… and so are the yardwork injuries 😅🌿
At Mountain Life Clinic, we see this every year:
Low back tweaks, tight hips, sore shoulders… all from doing too much too fast.
Quick tips before you get after it:
✔️ Take 5 minutes to warm up
✔️ Switch positions often (don’t stay bent over)
✔️ Use your legs, not just your back
✔️ Take breaks
Goal = stay active, not sidelined.
If something feels off, don’t wait until it’s BAD.
