Meet Jessica, our Practice Manager at Weldon Spring Dental and Weldon Orthodontics!

Jess has been an essential part of the Weldon team for over five years, bringing dedication, organization, and heart to everything she does. As our Practice Manager, she works behind the scenes to keep the office running smoothly while making sure both patients and team members feel supported and cared for. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching patients gain confidence as their smiles transform—it’s what makes every day rewarding for her.

When Jess isn’t holding down the office, she’s almost always at the ball fields, cheering on her kiddos and soaking up all the special moments that come with busy family life. She’s a proud sports mom and wouldn’t have it any other way. Jess especially looks forward to summer, when she can finally slow down a bit, relax in her lawn chair, enjoy warm weather, and watch sports under the sunshine. Her positive energy, leadership, and passion for both her work and family make her a vital part of the Weldon Spring Dental and Weldon Orthodontics family.
