My name is Patti Ayer and I am a nurse practitioner certified in both psychiatric mental health and family medicine. I am the proud owner of Nurture Psychiatric Care, LLC - a small, private psychiatric practice in the convenient Boston MetroWest location of Wellesley, MA. I focus on psychopharmacology (psychiatric medication management) within a holistic approach for children, adolescents and adults. Stress management, sleep improvement approaches, nutrition and self-care behavioral changes that promote health are incorporated into treatment. I am committed to allow for time to facilitate therapeutic relationships and trust with my patients with a compassionate and open approach. I work with patients in a collaborative way to empower and educate them to participate in their treatment, working toward their goals for optimal wellness.
