Before surgery she has multiple eyelid folds without a well formed eyelid crease as well as hollowing in the left upper eyelid. A modified upper blepharoplasty surgery was performed with lid-crease forming sutures. In addition 0.4cc of filler was placed into the left sub-brow area to increase fullness in that location.
