Not everything works in a group setting — and that’s okay. 👍🏼

Sometimes your body needs more attention, more space to ask questions, or a pace that actually matches where you are right now. That’s where private and semi-private sessions can make a meaningful difference.

At Stepping Stone Studios, one-on-one and small-group sessions are available in yoga, mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, pelvic health, strength training, and personal training. These sessions offer hands-on guidance and individualized support, whether you’re working with an injury, building strength, or simply wanting a practice that feels more personal and intentional.

If you’re curious whether private sessions could support your movement goals, start a conversation with your instructor or email studios@steppingstoneacu.com — we’re happy to help you explore what fits. 😀

Tired at night, wired in your body? 💤🥱

If falling asleep feels like a nightly struggle — or you wake up feeling just as tense as when you went to bed — your nervous system may not be getting the chance to truly settle. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that helps calm the nervous system and guide the body out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest.

Many people turn to craniosacral therapy when sleep feels light, broken, or hard to return to. Over time, the body learns how to find stillness again — those quiet moments where tension softens, breathing slows, and rest finally feels possible.

Consider this a small step toward deeper rest. Learn more about craniosacral therapy and see if it feels right for you. 😌

Your body isn’t “out of shape.” It’s just asking to move differently. 💪🏼

Full-On Functional Conditioning with Jeannine Guillaume is for people who want strength that actually translates to real life – lifting, carrying, balancing, and moving with confidence.

Jeannine’s approach blends years of experience with clear, thoughtful instruction, so you’re never just copying a move – you’re understanding it. Every class is adaptable, supportive, and designed to help you feel more capable in your body, not beaten down by it. 😀

Join us Mondays from 9:30AM – 10:30 AM for an all-levels class that builds strength, mobility, and trust in how you move. In studio or on livestream, this is movement with purpose – not pressure.

Sometimes healing starts in places we don’t think to pay attention to. 😲

The abdomen plays a powerful role in digestion, hormones, circulation, and nervous system balance. When tension or restriction builds here, it can show up as digestive discomfort, pelvic pain, menstrual irregularities, fertility challenges, or a lingering sense that something feels “off.”

Abdominal Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment rooted in an ancient Maya technique. By working externally with the abdomen and pelvis, this therapy helps release physical and emotional tension while supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

See if this is the missing piece you’ve been searching for. 🧩

A concussion doesn’t always end when the bump does. 🧠

Sometimes it lingers quietly – showing up as headaches, brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, or that sense that your system just isn’t settling.

If your body still feels “on edge,” you’re not imagining it. Concussions affect the nervous system, and healing often takes more than rest alone.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the brain and nervous system as they recover. By easing tension in the craniosacral system, this work can help reduce lingering symptoms and give your body the space it needs to recalibrate – at any stage of recovery.

Experience what calming the nervous system can change. 😌

Ever notice how your breath changes when life feels heavy – or rushed?

Most of us move through our days breathing on autopilot, without realizing how deeply it affects our stress levels, posture, and overall sense of ease. Anatomy of the Breath is a special workshop designed to slow things down and help you better understand how and why you breathe.

Susannah van der Wende will guide you through gentle, experiential breathing techniques (pranayama) along with practices that awaken the pelvic floor and psoas – areas closely connected to tension, stability, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience, you’ll leave with insight you can carry into everyday life.

We’re excited to welcome Susannah for a new monthly workshop series – this is the first and it’s not one to miss.

📅 January 24 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

💲 $40 | Special workshop (class cards don’t apply)
