If you’ve noticed rising stress, low confidence, or that constant inner pressure, you’re not alone—and there is a healthy way to support them. Our Teen Yoga Series in Wellesley is designed to give teens real-life tools to manage stress, build strength, and feel more at ease in their own bodies.

In this 6-week series, Mary Kaye guides students through movement, breathing, and mindset work that encourages focus, confidence, and positive self-talk—skills they’ll carry far beyond the mat.

All levels welcome for students ages 13–19.
Tuesdays from 4-5pm

You’ll begin with 45 minutes of gentle, supportive yoga with Jennifer, then ease into a deeply calming sound bath led by Kat Suwalski.
