Let's dive right into some She Glows Health and Nutrition Education! - Things a woman won't discuss!

Kegel exercises and pelvic floor training might not be a common topic of conversation, but they're crucial for women's health. Many women face issues like urinary incontinence, especially after childbirth, yet often dismiss it as a norm. The reality? The pelvic floor muscles are incredibly important! They support organs, aid in bladder control, and impact sexual function. Giving birth, regardless of the years passed, can strain these muscles. By incorporating exercises and training to strengthen the pelvic floor, women can improve bladder control, enhance intimacy, and prevent issues like prolapse. Let's start the conversation about pelvic health to empower women to prioritize their well-being!"

Did you know 1 in 4 women develops prolapse? Shockingly, it's a topic often brushed aside due to embarrassment. I've even worked with a client as young as 26 who experienced this issue! It's time to break the silence and address these concerns openly.

Facebook fam, l’m back!! πŸ’ͺ🏻 β˜€οΈ πŸ’— Many of you at one point or another became friends with me here because of my love for health and fitness! Either you were my client, took one of my many classes such as kickboxing even with babies in my belly, were one of my gym friends, sat through one of my seminars or were in the wellness world beside me! 😘 As I closed down my business SimplyFIT to relocate to Florida I thought well that was that. I am hear to tell you all that book has not been finished. A new chapter is about to be written! πŸŽ‰
The fact is I live for helping people. I love using my education to give people the tools to live healthier lives. The years of stories and memories I’ve made with many of you have not been forgotten. The years I have spent in Florida may be filled with sunshine but behind closed doors I had to navigate my son’s auto-inflammatory disease as well as working on my own health (more to come on that). I wish I could say it’s been an easy ride but what you see on social is never the full story. But one thing I’m sure about is I am always pulled back to my roots as an Exercise Physiologist and certified pre/post natal thru menopause specialist. My education has helped me navigate some battles in the health world and be able to advocate in a way many cannot. I know I’m still meant to share my passion with you all regardless if I’m located in Florida now. My life has not been the same without SimplyFIT and my community. With that all said!!!! πŸ’• I am so excited to introduce you all to She Glows Health & Nutrition! πŸ’•
