New Salon Policy Update:
At Beauty Renewed, we value your time and the time of our talented techs and stylists. When an appt. is scheduled, this time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes life happens, but when last minute cancellations or there are no-shows, this leaves our team with empty time that cannot be filled and resulting in lost income for them. To be fair to both staff and clients, we have made these changes:
1. Cancelling with less than 24 hours before the appt. time, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
2. Clients that do not show up at all for a scheduled appt will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
A credit card will be kept securely on file to cover these situations.
We appreciate your understanding. This helps us respect everyone's' time while continuing to provide the high-quality service you deserve.
