Shapiro, MD is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Shapiro has had the opportunity to experience living in many parts of the country. After attending college and medical school in Ohio he completed his residency in General Surgery at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Dr. Shapiro was then stationed at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital, Ft. Polk, Louisiana where he served as Chief , Department of Surgery. The sunny skies and family brought him to South Florida where he has been practicing since 2006. Dr. Shapiro currently serves on the Medical Executive and Peer Review Committees at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Additionally, he is the Medical Director of the Comprehensive Breast Center at Wellington Regional Medical Center. He is a Voluntary Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine as well as the Surgery Clerkship Coordinator for the Regional Campus. Dr. Shapiro is a member of:

Kyle S. Eldredge, DO is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. A native Floridian, Dr. Eldredge was born in Naples, Florida, lived in Boca Raton, Florida, and subsequently moved to Minnesota with his family. He returned to Florida for his education attending Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before attending medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Eldredge was already caring for patients while working as a paramedic in central Florida for four years. He completed his General Surgery residency at Emory University in 2021 followed by a fellowship in Minimally Invasive colorectal surgery at Emory University in 2022. Dr. Eldredge has an interest in research regarding surgeon performance and assessment during robotic surgery. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two dogs, carpentry, exercising, and fishing. His love of the south brought him back to Florida again, where he began private practice in General and Colorectal Surgery serving the areas around Wellington, Florida in 2022.

Andrew J. Shapiro, MD, FACS is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and has been in private practice in South Florida since 2006. He treats the full range of general surgical problems using a variety of techniques. In addition to excellence in laparoscopic and traditional open surgery, Dr. Shapiro employs the latest techniques for minimally invasive surgery(MIS). During his career, Dr. Shapiro has held various positions at area hospitals, including: Surgical Peer Review Committee Member at JFK Medical Center , Medical Executive Committee at the Palms West Surgicenter, Chairman of the Cancer Committee and Department of Surgery Peer Review Committee at Wellington Regional Medical Center . Dr. Shapiro also holds academic appointments. He is Voluntary Assistant Professor of Surgery at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Affiliate Clinical Assistant Professor of Biomedical Science at Florida Atlantic University .
