Fat Tuesday done right! 🎭🔥
This year’s Mardi Gras feast was one for the books — Cajun glazed pork shank slow-roasted until fall-apart tender, served over smoky jambalaya rice packed with bold Louisiana flavor. Crispy fried okra on the side for that perfect Southern crunch, plus crawfish cornbread that brought just the right kick.
And of course… it wouldn’t be Mardi Gras without king cake to finish it off! 💜💚💛
