Vicki is a friendly and positive teacher and trainer. Whether it’s bravely galloping cross country, developing confidence and grace in dressage, or meeting that perfect spot in show jumping, Vicki has the knowledge and skill to help all levels from the beginner to the advanced rider develop confidence and improve performance! “I’ve always enjoyed teaching – to watch a horse and rider as the team develops and achieves its goals is very satisfying to me. I believe in positive reinforcement for both horse and rider and utilizing sports psychology as well as physical development to produce a team that believes in themselves! Once you accomplish this, anything is possible!”
What sets Vicki apart is that she is also a talented and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist, who combines her horse training and riding instruction with her knowledge of human anatomy and movement. “Physical ailments in the rider can cause multiple issues in the horse’s performance. Becoming a Physical Therapist has given me a huge toolbox for helping riders on and off the horse in so many ways.”
