Reflexology is circulatory work that works to improve overall body system health with pressure point therapy. I am registered and certified in the state of Iowa and have been since 2012. I enjoy working with all ages but especially enjoy prenatal reflexology and have also taken continuing ed classes on infant and child reflexology, infertility and pain management. I haven't met a person yet who didn't love the pampering relaxation of reflexology!

I had dental surgery yesterday and was sent home with prescription pain meds which I took some of yesterday. I also used my bemer every few hours. I just woke up to take more meds but have very little discomfort so I'm beming then heading back to bed!

I grew up getting regular reflexology from my mother who became a reflexologist when I was 6 or 7. She always said I had the hands to be a reflexologist to which I always said “not my thing mom.”
But as a busy mom of 4 young ones, wanting to help with family income but not wanting to leave my babies, I decided to take the plunge and become a professional reflexologist. In 2012, 1 year and 460 class hours later I began working as a professional Iowa certified and registered reflexologist.
I LOVE what I do and am constantly adding more services from continuing education classes I take when ever I can. I am certified in hand and foot reflexology, am a level 1 certified facial reflexologist and have taken classes on gentle touch, infertility and reflexology, and many others.
My sessions include work on the feet, hands and face. Each session can be customized to meet your personal preferences/needs. I am passionate about working with people and families of all ages from prenatal and infants/children reflexology to geriatric reflexology.
