We’re excited to invite the community out for our annual STOI Labor Day 5K Run — a day of fun, fitness, and togetherness! This year, we are honored to hold the run in loving memory of Trey Flett, a cherished member of our community whose spirit, strength, and kindness continue to inspire us all.
Whether you're running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, this event is a way to celebrate life, health, and the bonds that bring us together.

Good afternoon Everyone!!!

If you plan on attending the Run the River race tomorrow, below is the agenda and the race map. Please arrive 30 minutes before your race to starts to sign our waiver and get you a timing chip. We have some awesome prizes, and we hope to see you there!

Here’s the big announcement! Mid June we will be hosting a run camp for the youth on our Reservation. Through the youth centers in Ford and Westend, the youth can sign up for our 3 day camp with all Native Coaches.

We will go over the basics of running, going through different drills, games, and exercises, while showing what it takes to get ready for race day and having our own little race at the end of the camp!

Later this week registration and other forms will be available at the Westend and Ford Youth centers.

A big thank you to Spokane Tribal TANF and Spokane Tribal Health & Wellness Departments for being able to make this happen!
