Just coming back from an excellent 4 day packed CranioSacral training in Boston called Touching the Brain 1 (stimulating self-correction through the glial interface) from Upledger International Institute.

My big take aways:

"All neurodegenerative disease is a result of build up of waste in CNS" Nedergaard et al, 2010

We learned how to promote healthy drainage as well as enhancing the blood brain barrier function

We also learned to id strain patterns in the brain and spinal cord and stimulated self correction.

This level of work felt amazing to receive and I feel so honored to be able to provide now in my practice.

This double rainbow was above or classroom at one point. I think nature knew the great work that was going on inside!

This weekend we are feeling the intensification of spiritual energy with the Lions Gate alignment! This is our full moon sound bath that started with a simple ceremony of writing down things we wish to release in our lives and burning them in the fire together. We then floated of sound waves and water for the rest of the evening. What a beautiful event with friends new and old. 🙏✨
