I am excited to announce a new yoga class starting tomorrow evening at Packer Park in Wellsboro! Sunset yoga will focus on meditation as well as asanas to help promote a more mindful bedtime routine. You may drop in for $10 per session or register for a 6 week session for $45 on the Wellsboro Parks and Rec website listed below. Hope to see you there!
