People associate Reflexology with feet. I get it, but it's only the interface to the body. It's like plugging into you're car's computer and adjusting the sensors and checking how things are working.

One of those things that can be checked and manipulated remotely is your neck. Particularly that upper cervical area at the base of your skull. This area can cause a whole range of issues such as: headaches/migraines, vertigo, head pressure, trigeminal neuralgia, tinnitus, TMJ, blood pressure issues, siezure-like activity, balance problems, vagus nerve irritation.

Anyone who has has had an issue with this can tell you that it's stubborn and there's not a lot of options. Reflexology is one option that can help when there is a correctable issue in this region. It's not always an immediate fix, but generally with a few consistent visits everything can calm down and work correctly again. So even with those years-long stubborn health problems that you've been carrying, you may still have an off ramp. Maybe it's time to give Reflexology a try.

After years of working with people, one thing becomes clear: the body is remarkably good at adaptation.

People often learn to live around discomfort for a long time before addressing it. That's ok for a few days but not for weeks to months.

The challenge, and the opportunity, is recognizing those patterns early and get the body back into its normal operating parameters. That's where I am able to interface with the body's communication system to guide it back to normal operation (or as close as its physically able).
