CFF is a group fitness studio offering fitness classes for all! Our mission at CFF is to get the local area healthy and fit! We do this because we love it!

It's important to exercise and we offer classes for any fitness level. We want you to be in the best shape of your life! Cindy's Fusion Fitness has 5 certified, experienced, and passionate fitness instructors that are here for you. The owner, Cindy Dobbs. has over 15 years experience teaching fitness classes and personal training. This is a dream come true to her to open a fitness center. She wants to share her passion of fitness and health with everyone. "We make fitness fun and exciting", Cindy says. We offer around 15 classes such as Zumba, Zumba toning, Zumba Gold, Silver Sneakers, Toning classes, Hip Hop Abs, Faithfully Hip, stability ball classes, ab classes, balance classes and much more. We also offer personal training for anyone who wants one on one attention or if you are not comfortable in a group fitness setting. Get fit, de-stress, feel good about yourself...do it all here at Cindy's Fusion Fitness conveniently located by Krogers in Wellsburg on Charles Street The public/walk-ins are welcomed.

Menopause is from hell I swear!!! Back in the day I could lose 15-20lbs in a month's time. Took me around 6 months to lose 18lbs but hey here i am.

Oh surprised a fitness instructor struggles with weight, or maybe you think 18lbs isnt a lot...... well you are wrong on both accounts! Thats a lot to me! Once I was uncomfortable and my cloths seemed to be snug I was done!

So no matter where you are in your health and fitness journey just know you are welcomed here at CFF! Lets do this together 💪💪
