One of my favorite parts of Spinal Flow is how easy it is to see and feel what’s happening in the body.
As practitioners, we’re able to clearly communicate the patterns we observe. During the initial assessment, we can feel where the body is holding, protecting, or adapting. And clients don’t have to take our word for it, they’re empowered to connect specific pain points with their overall health, helping them better understand their body and notice the changes after each session.
Seeing shifts in posture, balance, and ease of movement makes progress tangible and empowering. The body gives clear feedback, and the changes are something clients can recognize for themselves. 🌿

The Vagus Nerve Listens Before It Regulates 🌿
Most people think the vagus nerve’s job is to calm the body.
But that’s not where it begins.
About 80% of vagus nerve fibers carry information from the body to the brain.
Its primary role isn’t to relax you, it’s to continuously inform the brain about what’s happening internally.

Before regulation can occur, the nervous system is quietly asking:
“Do I have enough safety to shift states?”
That sense of safety is shaped by sensory input from the body, including information coming through the spine.

When sensory input is altered by persistent tension, protective guarding, old injury patterns, or chronic stress, the nervous system may remain in a state of heightened vigilance.

🌊 This is where Spinal Flow fits.
Spinal Flow doesn’t force calm or override stress responses.
It supports clearer communication within the nervous system by gently removing blockages to reducing patterns of tension in the body.

As the body begins to perceive greater safety, regulation can emerge more easily, tension softens in the muscles, circulation improves, inflammation deceases, and fight-or-flight patterns start to unwind.

The vagus nerve doesn’t create safety.

💫 It reflects the state the nervous system is receiving.

🌿 Hello, I’m a Spinal Flow Practitioner 🌿
Spinal Flow came into my life quietly, at a moment when I needed gentleness, not fixing. This beautiful, heart-centered practice helped me slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with my body’s natural wisdom. It reminded me that ease, joy, and healing have always lived inside us.
Now I share this work with others, creating a calm, supportive space where you can soften, release tension, and simply be. There’s nothing to figure out, just room to breathe, rest, and reconnect.
If life feels full, heavy, or a little overwhelming, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to hold space and gently remind you how to come back to yourself… and flow again 🌱

Think of the nervous system as the conductor of the body’s orchestra. Every system digestion, immunity, movement, energy, and rest listens for its cues. When the conductor is overwhelmed or out of rhythm, the music can feel disjointed, no matter how talented the musicians are. Spinal Flow supports the nervous system by helping the conductor find ease, clarity, and balance again, allowing the body’s systems to communicate more clearly and play in harmony the way they were designed to.

🩺✨ Did you know doctors use vibration to check nerve health?
During a neurological exam, a doctor may use a 128 Hz tuning fork and place it on your fingers or toes. They’re not testing sound, they’re testing how well your nerves communicate.
If the vibration is hard to feel, it can signal that nerve messages aren’t flowing clearly between the body and the brain. This helps doctors identify things like peripheral nerve issues or spinal involvement.
🌊 This is where Spinal Flow comes in.
Your nervous system is designed to communicate continuously, brain to body, body to brain. When there is stored stress, tension, or interference along the spine, that communication can become distorted or dampened, much like a vibration that fades too quickly.
Spinal Flow focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to:
• Improve nerve communication
• Release stored stress from the spinal cord
• Restore clarity in how messages travel through the body
✨ Sometimes it’s not about adding something new it’s about restoring the flow that was already there.
