The Holiday Season is traditionally a joyful time, and we are mindful that during the Christmas Season, the joy felt by those surrounding you may be overshadowed by the lingering grief over the passing of a loved one.

For this reason, we encourage you and your family to attend our special Holiday Service of Remembrance. We provide this service not only to remember those we lost, who are celebrating this season with us in spirit, but also to give you an opportunity to take an ornament from our Tree of Remembrance, to keep as a reminder that their presence is still with us.

Please join us for our 2025 Holiday Service of Remembrance at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Hixson Funeral Home, located at 412 E. South Street in Welsh. If you aren’t able to attend on the 4th, you are certainly welcome to join us at any of our services.

We hope to see you there, and we also hope that during this season, our Lord will place the peace of the Holiday Spirit on your heart.
