Did you know colorectal cancer screening is recommended starting at age 45—and for many people, it can be done right at home? For average‑risk adults, simple at‑home stool tests may be an option.

These tests are:
🔹 Convenient
🔹 Private
🔹 Completed at home and mailed to a lab

Talk with your primary care provider about which screening option is right for you. Your provider can help arrange an at‑home test or discuss other screening options.

Early detection saves lives. If you’re 45 or older—or know someone who is—now is a great time to start the conversation.

Important Update to DirectCare Services.

Beginning April 4, we are consolidating Saturday DirectCare services in the Wenatchee Valley into one convenient location. All DirectCare services will be provided at our Mares Campus. This change allows us to focus our Saturday care in one place so you can receive timely services along with additional support when needed - all in one visit.

Our weekday hours at the East Wenatchee DirectCare Clinic will remain the same, and our care team looks forward to continuing to support your health needs.

Screening is one of the most powerful tools we have to prevent and detect colorectal cancer early—and it is easily done from home! Talk with your care team today about ordering a FIT test. You can call your provider’s office or send a message via MyChart to request a FIT test with your provider.
