Our excitement continues, and so does this beautiful spring weather! Show our riders and volunteers some love. 👏🏼

Week by week, the energy at Alatheia keeps building as our riders, horses, staff, and volunteers settle back into the rhythm of the season. Sunshine, fresh air, and the steady presence of our incredible Fjord horses are creating the kind of moments that remind us why this work matters so deeply.

And the magic continues!

We are off to an incredible start for our riding program’s spring session, and the energy at Alatheia says it all. Our therapy horses, staff, and volunteers have been so eager to welcome our riders back, and it’s reflected in every smile.

There is something truly special about our Fjord horses. Our majestic partners meet each rider exactly where they are, offering patience, strength, and a kind of understanding that doesn’t need words. They carry riders, trust, courage, and healing with each ride.

We are so grateful to be back together again. Spring is here, and so is the magic!

We did it!

Our 2026 Spring Riding Session is officially underway, and we had a wonderful first day on Monday. Smiles, reconnecting, and a few happy horses made for such a wonderful day.

We are so grateful for our riders, volunteers, staff, and horses who make days like this possible. Happy spring everyone! 🐴🌱

We are so excited to share. We’ve officially broken ground on our new barn!

This has been a long and dedicated journey, and while we’re not at the finish line yet, breaking ground on a new home for our amazing therapy horses is a huge milestone.

Courageously Created is more than a juried fine art show. It is a celebration of expression, resilience, and the stories that connect us all. And it directly supports the life-changing work happening every day at Alatheia Therapeutic Riding Center.

We are inviting artists to be part of this meaningful experience.

Your work will be seen, experienced, and may find a new home through our silent auction. Even more, it will help us move closer to completing our new facility and expanding access to programs for riders, Veterans, and families who are waiting with disabilities.

We may have had one of the weirdest weeks of weather yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun when the sun decides to show up! ☀️
Our Ranch Hands jumped right in to help Equine Care Manager Annie Christensen unload equine supplies, and of course, there were plenty of laughs too! Grateful for moments like this.
