Posture isn’t magic… it’s mechanics you repeat. If you can, do these five moves at home to help get in tune with your body.

1) High Plank — 20–40s
Wrists under shoulders… push the floor away… ribs down… glutes lightly on. No sagging, no teepee.

2) Forward Fold — 3 breaths
Soft knees… hinge from hips… crown long… exhale and let the hamstrings talk without yanking your low back.

3) Cat–Cow — 6–8 slow reps
Inhale: chest forward, tail back.
Exhale: round gently, ribs knit, eyes to belly button.

4) Side Plank — 20–30s/side
Elbow under shoulder… long line ear→ankle… reach the top hip to the ceiling. Stack, don’t sway.

5) Side Switch + Repeat
Even out both sides. Your obliques are posture glue.

Lock-In Cue (stand tall)
Ears over shoulders. Ribs down. Glutes on.
Tiny cues… big alignment… less ache.
