I saw these swans on my walk this morning.
I stopped and watched their calmness and graceful movements, surrounded by the peaceful water and fall air.
This was a great reminder for myself to pause & slow down, even when the world around me is chaotic.
This is why we do the sound immersions- to give you the space for stillness, peace, healing and the opportunity for you to find harmony and balance in your body.

Presence. Take a few seconds to ground and appreciate the glimmers everyday. Think of this reminder when you’re rushing around: stop, deep breath, find something nearby you can appreciate- even if only for a second, breathe again, let go ☀️

This morning was cold. I know none of us are ready. But there’s also different beauty that comes along with this season.

There’s an energy exchange between us and the Earth. Also, a chemical exchange of electrons that can help reduce inflammation and grounding can boost serotonin levels helping to improve mood.

Have you been outside to ground? Hug a tree! Bare feet in the dirt or sand at the beach. Hands in the dirt in the garden. There’s so many ways we can do it.
