I realized I can sum up all my New Year’s resolutions into just one simple phrase:
✨ BE A REGULAR. ✨
A regular at the gym.
A regular in the sauna.
A regular at church.
A regular in my Women’s Bible Study.
A regular in the health food aisle of the grocery store. 🥗
Nothing extreme. Nothing complicated. Just showing up—again and again.
Because here’s the truth:
💡 Consistency builds habits.
Habits shape lifestyles.
And lifestyles create lasting change.
You don’t have to do everything perfectly. You just have to do the right things repeatedly. Small, faithful steps add up to big results over time.
So this year, I’m choosing progress over perfection and commitment over motivation. I’m choosing to be a regular—even on the days it’s hard, inconvenient, or uncomfortable.
