Love this!

My sister found a note recently in dad’s handwriting and shared it with my brother and me.
I can’t stop thinking about it.

He wrote down:

True love is acceptance of:
✔️ all that has been
✔️ all that is
✔️ all that will be
✔️ all that won’t be

And then this…

“The happiest people don’t necessarily have the best of everything…they just make the best of everything they have.”

You may have seen variations of these writings which are credited to others, dad just put them together.

It’s like a secret recipe for love.

Such a beautiful moment when Team USA included the children of a player who passed in their photo. 🤍

Grief is something many of my clients are navigating — and something all of us will experience at some point. Loss doesn’t just live in the heart… it often shows up in the body too.

Seeing the love and support around those kids was such a powerful reminder that friends, community, and remembering the person we’ve lost helps us keep moving forward. We don’t leave our loved ones behind — we learn how to carry them with us in a new way.

Healing isn’t about forgetting. It’s about creating space for love, memory, and peace to exist together. 🤍
