💥🔥 APRIL ATHLETE OF THE MONTH: RICKY SCHULTE! 🔥💥

Ricky has been putting in the work since January—and the results are speaking LOUD!! 💪

He came in ready to see change, so we locked in on the basics: consistency with workouts, dialing in nutrition, and building a solid foundation. Month after month, he’s had a goal… and month after month, he’s CRUSHED IT!!!
Even showing up and sticking to the plan on vacation—because when your foundation is solid, you can take it anywhere!!

Since January, Ricky is:
⬇️ Down in weight
⬆️ Up in muscle
⬇️ Down in body fat
-->And more hydrated than ever!

That’s what happens when you focus on the fundamentals and stay consistent—REAL results.

Ricky has BIG goals, and I’m so pumped to be on this journey with him as he continues to level up. He’s not just doing this for himself—he’s creating a legacy for his kiddos, the athletes he coaches, and everyone around him!!

Watching his confidence grow and seeing him feel GOOD in his own skin while being proud of his effort… that’s what it’s all about.

Keep going, Ricky—this is just the beginning!! 🔥

🌟🔥 MARCH ATHLETE OF THE MONTH: Sarah Buck! 🔥🌟

Sarah walked in with a mission:
✔️ Build a solid routine
✔️ Get stronger
✔️ Drop body fat
✔️ Create a foundation she could actually sustain

She was honest from the start — she tends to go all in… and sometimes fall all out. This time? She wanted something different. She wanted consistency. She wanted progress over perfection. 💪

And that’s exactly what she built.

Sarah learned how important nutrition truly is, realized she was undereating, and started prioritizing meal prep and fueling her body the right way. 🍽️🔥 No extremes. No crash dieting. Just steady, intentional progress.

She is officially:
⬇️ Down 4.1% body fat
⬆️ Up 4.6 lbs of muscle
⬇️ Down 9 inches

THAT is what happens when you focus on building a foundation instead of chasing quick fixes. 🙌

She is so fun to coach, incredibly coachable, and never afraid to push herself. And one of my favorite parts? She’s being an AMAZING role model for her kiddos — showing them what strength, discipline, and balance look like. ❤️

Sarah, we are just getting started. I cannot WAIT to see what we accomplish together next! 💥

Brenda has been showing up and putting in the work every single time she steps into the gym! 🙌

She’s been consistent, stepped outside her comfort zone, tried new things, and brings a whole new level of confidence with her to every workout. 💪🔥

She’s never afraid to be pushed, always willing to learn, and tackles challenges with a straight-up “let’s do this” attitude.

Kaitlyn came into the gym with one goal: build a solid foundation—and she has DONE exactly that (and so much more). 🙌🔥

Watching her confidence grow alongside her strength has been incredible. Her lifts are getting stronger, her mindset is shifting, and she’s always willing to test herself, try new things, and lean into the uncomfortable. And let me tell you… she’s discovering just how powerful she really is on the other side of that discomfort. 💥
