Spring is coming March 20th... so we updated our schedule for the season.

We have added on a Yoga Nidra Meditation with Crystal, now on the 4th Friday of the month.

Friday nights at the studio is starting to become a little bit of a zen night to wash away the weeks "junk" ✨️

No classes by Crystal Saturday 2/28 (its her birthday - she will be in the city eating a bunch of vegan food "Crystal's vegan food crawl 26"- welcome to join in on the shenanigans- just message Crystal to see where shes at)...

But, come celebrate on Wednesday: 2/25 at the Restorative Bliss Yoga class. Shes bringing a dairy free cake to class - will be a homemade chocolate cake - so be ready! 😉

Only 10 spots but that doesnt mean you cant come before or after ( door will open 1 hour before and there is no rush to leave after class is over -FYI there is also a 10:30am restorative Bliss yoga that morning - which Sarah Thomas regularly came to)

Restorative Bliss Yoga - we are all carrying something around and this class gives you the space to process - work through - and even a chance to release those things we dont need to carry around with us.
