Weslaco Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

What a spook-tacular Halloween we had! πŸŽ‰ Residents and team members enjoyed a day full of fun β€” from music and a festive costume parade to Friday treats like pickles, Hot Cheetos with cheese, and Halloween cups!

We also had adorable trick-or-treaters stop by to visit residents β€” their smiles lit up the whole building! A huge thank-you to our Zumba Ladies for dancing with residents β€” you made the day even more special! πŸ’ƒβœ¨
