In honor of Healthcare Decisions Day this month, we’ll gently explore why it's important to talk about end-of-life wishes, how to begin those conversations with loved ones, and what a "good death" means to you. 😊

RGV Death Cafe is a welcoming space where individuals can gather to share thoughts, questions, and experiences without judgement. Our goal is to help break the stigma around talking about death and create a safe, supportive environment for meaningful conversations. 🌼

A heartfelt thank you to Samantha Alaniz, MEd, LPC-A, for her incredible Lunch & Learn presentation last month!💜

We received so much positive feedback and are truly grateful for the helpful tips and techniques shared on managing stress, especially for those in caregiving roles. Her message was such an important reminder: It is okay to ask for help, and it's okay to talk to somewhen when you're overwhelmed.
