ADL services provides Primary Home Care (PHC) and includes Personal Care Services (PCS) for children under 21 years old in Hidalgo, Cameron, Starr and Willacy County areas. What services do we provide? Assistance with:
Bathing, Dressing, Exercising, Feeding, Grooming, Routine/Hair Skin Care, Toileting, Transfer/Ambulation, House Cleaning, Laundry, Meal Preparation, Escort to Other Services, Shopping, and Medication Reminder. Who is Eligible?
• Has medical diagnosis that limit activities of daily living.
• Requires Personal Care
• Any adult or child who qualifies for Medicaid. Who can Refer to ADL?
• Relatives, Friends, or Neighbors
• Physicians
