Seeking to contract with a licensed Mental Health provider to provide Behavioral Support services to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disorders (IDD) in their home or at our day activity center.
Qualified Professionals include:
a licensed psychologist (or a provisional license holder)
a licensed psychological associate licensed
a licensed clinical social worker
a licensed professional counselor
or
a licensed behavior analyst

Behavioral Support services include specialized interventions that assist an individual in increasing adaptive behaviors and replacing or modifying maladaptive or socially unacceptable behaviors that prevent or interfere with the individual's inclusion in the community.

Licensed professional is responsible for evaluating the individual, developing behavioral support plan, training of family and/or staff, and modifying, as necessary, the behavior support plan based on the monitoring and evaluation of the plan's effectiveness.

Our Story

We provide services and support to individuals with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities (IDD) and related conditions who live in their own home or their family's home in Hidalgo, Cameron, and Willacy counties. Delta Independent Living, LLC has been certified by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as a private provider of Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Medicaid waiver programs since 2009. We also provide Community First Choice attendant and habilitation services for people with disabilities who have STAR+PLUS Medicaid coverage.

Our mission is to assure that each client experiences community life to the fullest by maintaining and improving their functional skills.
