Our community has recently experienced deep loss, and with that loss comes pain, questions, and the need for connection. We know grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. 💛

This free, in-person Teen Grief Support Group is being offered by our therapists who care deeply about the healing of our community. We’ve walked through this journey, and we’re here to walk through it with you.

Together, we’ll create a safe and compassionate space to share, listen, and begin to make meaning of grief and loss.

Grief can look different for everyone and there is no time limit 💕
I’m sharing the “stages of grief” but please keep in mind not everyone will experience each stage or phase and they do not go in order; it is normal to go in between various stages.
What’s important is to be kind to yourself and each other. There is no perfect fix it all, simply showing up and being with your loved ones.
Give yourself grace and if you need to speak with someone, reach out to a trusted person or mental health professional 🙏
