I want to share a project I’ve been working on with my whole heart.
Before I ever became focused on metabolic health, I struggled with it myself. I was on multiple medications for high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Then my father suffered a heart attack and that moment changed everything. It pushed me to take control of my own health and truly understand how deeply metabolic disease affects not just individuals, but entire families.
That journey is what led me here.
