🌿 A Friendly Reminder About Our Scheduling & Cancellation Policies 🌿
We completely understand that life happens and schedules can get busy. Our goal is always to provide every client with a relaxing, unhurried experience and the full treatment time they booked.
Because of this, we kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment. When you arrive late, it reduces the amount of hands-on treatment time we’re able to provide. Your session will still end at the scheduled time so that the next client’s appointment can begin on time.
We schedule appointments with only a 15-minute turnover between clients. During that time we reset the room, sanitize equipment, complete notes, and prepare for the next guest. If one appointment runs late, it can delay everyone else’s session for the rest of the day.
Just like we want to respect your time, we also want to be fair to the clients scheduled after you. Extending one appointment because of a late arrival would mean starting the next client late — and we work hard to make sure everyone receives the time they reserved.
⏰ Late Arrivals
- There is a 20-minute grace period.
- After 20 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply.
- If your therapist is still able to see you, the session will simply be shortened and will still end at the originally scheduled time. You will be charged the full service fee.
📅 Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation fees help protect appointment times that were reserved specifically for you.
- Less than 24 hours notice – $35 fee
- Same-day cancellation – $45 fee
- Less than 24 hours notice for a 90-minute appointment – $55 fee
- Same-day cancellation for a 90-minute appointment – $70 fee
These policies allow us to keep the schedule running smoothly and give every client the best possible experience.
