I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist who blends anatomy-driven techniques with an intuitive, whole-body approach.

I specialize in therapeutic massage that goes beyond relaxation. Incorporating deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching variations, and myoskeletal alignment-based techniques to address the WHY behind pain, not just the symptom.

What sets me apart is how I assess. I don’t just work where it hurts. I look at posture, movement patterns, lifestyle habits, stress load, and recovery. Because shoulder pain might actually be coming from your ribcage. Low back tension might start at your feet. The body compensates intelligently, and I work to unwind those compensations.

I cater to a variety of clients from the active adult who wants to move better, athletes who know recovery matters, desk workers battling chronic tightness, and anyone who's tired of temporary relief.

My goal isn’t to make you dependent on appointments. It’s to help you understand your body, improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term change.

Deep Tissue Massage
Targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve chronic tension, stiffness, and pain. Ideal for tight areas that don’t respond to lighter work and for improving overall mobility.

Trigger Point Therapy
Focuses on specific “knots” or hyper-irritable spots in muscles that can refer pain elsewhere in the body. Releasing these points helps restore normal muscle function and reduce lingering pain patterns.

Myofascial Release
Works with the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints) to release restrictions and improve tissue glide. This helps decrease pain, improve posture, and restore smoother, more efficient movement.

Stretching Techniques
• PNF Stretching: Uses gentle muscle activation followed by stretching to improve flexibility and neuromuscular control.
• Active Isolated Stretching: Targets specific muscles through controlled, short holds to improve range of motion without overstretching.
• Assisted Stretching: Therapist-guided stretches that safely take joints through a fuller range of motion than you can achieve alone.

Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques
A precise, assessment-based approach that addresses postural imbalances, joint restrictions, and muscular compensation patterns. Rather than chasing symptoms, this method focuses on correcting the root cause of dysfunction to restore balance and alignment.

Together, these modalities work to reduce pain, improve mobility, restore alignment, and support long-term movement health. This integrative approach addresses muscles, fascia, joints, and the nervous system, helping your body move better, recover faster, and function the way it’s meant to. 💜

Try this tip for grounding: 👣
Stand barefoot if you can and gently connect three points of your foot to the ground: big toe, little toe, and heel. Take a slow breath and feel your weight settle evenly. No gripping, no forcing. Just let your feet support you. A few mindful breaths here can help your body feel more stable, balanced, and present from the ground up.
