Dr. Chase teamed up with patient/friend Amanda at Four Leaf CrossFit for a HYROX workout on March 22nd—and they brought the heat.

They powered through the full event, finishing in an impressive 81:40 ⏱️

HYROX is no joke… it’s a true test of strength, endurance, and mental grit. Proud of Amanda for showing up and pushing through every station!

This is what it’s all about—training, consistency, and doing hard things with great people.
