It’s a privilege to age, but even more so to impact someone’s life across ages 🫶

This little human stepped foot in my CrossFit Kids class many moons ago (my daughter’s age) & this week she officially started coaching kids classes for me 🥹

I say it often, “Coach life is the best life,” but moments like this are the reminder I’m right where I need to be.

& thanks H for entertaining my reenactments over all these years…I won’t ever stop.

Spring looks served

Spring is here, which means I’m enjoying Florida’s prime time for outdoor meet ups.

This weekend I enjoyed a gorgeous brunch at a Tampa staple & then got some steps in downtown chatting with friends. had me styled to accomplish both.

It’s salty season ☀️🧂

The temps are warming up here in Florida, which is why I’m running an salty special to stock up!
