Remanicing on my childhood days when Grandma Rose use to make her fried potato cakes from left over mashed potatoes. I just made something similar but just with healthier ingredients. Chopped cauliflower, eggs, seasoning, and coconut oil. (I'm sure she never cooked coconut oil.)
Let me know if you try this:)
