Broke my toe late Sunday night—could barely walk on it. Localized it that night and Monday morning, then again Monday afternoon. Tuesday, looks and feels almost better. Sprayed it again this morning and I’ve been walking practically limp free! Does localized cryotherapy work?

CRY-X is a family owned and operated Whole Body Cryotherapy Parlor just north of Florida Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL, just behind Dunkin’ Donuts. Owners, Biko and Jessie Claxton, opened the facility in June of 2017. Biko Claxton is also co-owner of the local gym, Impact Fitness, and incorporates his love of health and fitness into educating people on the importance of physical health through both exercise and cryotherapy. Jessie’s background is also in Exercise Science and she has 10 years experience working in the field of Chiropractic care.
