Check out this excellent Lower Eyelid surgery result! Patient is 58 years old and Dr. Fakhre performed a Subciliary Lower Blepharoplasty removing excess skin and fatty tissue from the lower eyelids. The incisions run right under the lash margins and extend laterally. The scars are still a little hyperpigmented. He is three months postop and looks phenomenal!!!

Here is another beautiful Breast Augmentation on another petite patient. Our patient is 27 years old, 4 feet 11 inches tall and 102 pounds in weight. Dr. Fakhre placed 385 ml silicone gel implants under the muscle via incisions in the breast creases. She is 8 weeks postop and looks incredible!

Happy Fakhre Friday! This morning we saw a wonderful 45 year old mother of three. Our patient is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 147 pounds. She had her children via cesarean section and was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen. Dr. Fakhre performed an abdominoplasty and removed the previous cesarean section scars and also performed liposuction of the abdomen to better contour her result. She looks absolutely beautiful!!!

Happy Fakhre Friday! Here is an incredible result on a very large Breast Reduction with an Abdominoplasty Scar Revision. Dr. Fakhre removed ~2 pounds from each breast and also performed a breast lift. In addition, he revised the patient's previous abdominoplasty scar. She is almost four months postop and looks absolutely stunning!!!

Here is a wonderful mommy makeover result on a beautiful 41 year old patient. Our patient is 5 ft 3 in tall and has had three children. Dr. Fakhre performed an implant exchange, removing 360 ml implants and replacing with 520 ml silicone implants. He also performed a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen. She is 8 weeks postop and looks gorgeous!!!
