These were taken this morning, straight out of bed, no pump. I made a bet with my coach and good friend that I would keep it tight even after Thanksgiving 💪🏽.

I have been on TRT only since the Master's Olympia. Two Companies that have kept me healthy over the past several years are .muscle where I get my supplements and .vitality whose products have kept me healthy and fit at 51 years old! I am very grateful for their support but more importantly their friendship 💙.

Currently eating 6 meals a day with 7 ounces of protein at each and low to moderate carbs, fresh fruit at every meal. Training 4 days a week and doing 7 days of cardio weekly, 5 of those days are 2 a days. I am not done yet 🔥
