🧘♀️ Energy Levels 🧘♀️
We live in a society that values productivity. Therefore, it is very easy to equate our self-worth/ our value with how productive we are each day. But, “productivity” does NOT equate worthiness. It is totally normal to have high energy days and low energy days, and if we struggle to check off our to do lists on low energy days, that is okay👌 if anything the more we tap into our energy level each day and honor it instead of pushing ourselves, the more productive we will be in the long run. If you wake up with extra low energy and give yourself extra grace that day instead of pushing yourself to burnout, chances are you will have more energy the next morning.
