You’ll have immediate access to premier health care services through the Avera system, as we uphold Avera's Christian tradition of respect for human dignity and the value of each individual.

Weskota Manor Avera provides a range of senior living services to match each individual’s level of need.

Skilled Nursing Care Rooms are designed for individualized care, with daily activities that address care for the whole person - physically, socially and spiritually. Licensed and certified staff provide skilled and compassionate care 24/7. Many services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy can be billed to Medicare. Care for the Whole Person Long-term care is delivered in a home-like environment with individualized care and daily activities that address care for the whole person – physically, socially and spiritually.
