Join the magical duo of Bernard Runo and David “Mr. K” Kotlewskifor their popular Adagio Sound Bath and Meditation at Angel Light Center for the Healing Arts on Sunday, December 7, from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Don't miss this opportunity to treat yourself and a friend to a rejuvenating sound bath meditation; you'll leave feeling calm and refreshed!

This Sound Bath performed by Adagio Sound Healing will offer a very unique synthesis of sound which combines a mix of Asian instruments such as the Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, and gongs along with western instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, classical string instruments, and the monochord.

About your Facilitators:

The duo of Bernard Runo and David “Mr. K” Kotlewski have been making music together for the past 14 years. Both are classically trained musicians: David on viola and violin and Bernard on violin, guitar and cello. David is a retired MPS music teacher who currently works as House Manager of the new Bradley Symphony Center for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Bernard has recently attained his credentials as Master Sound Practitioner from the Art of Healing School of Energy Medicine in West Allis, "WI. Bernard is a descendant of Filipino shamanic healers and has completed his certification in indigenous Filipino Manual Medicine from the Kailukuan School in Walnut, California.

Our Center

Angel Light Center is a resource and refuge for all those pursuing spiritual growth and enlightenment. Within our retail branch, we offer high quality crystals, pendulums, essential oils, candles, smudging supplies, jewelry, tarot and oracle cards, books and CDs on metaphysical topics and so much more! Angel Light is also home to the “Art of Healing School of Energy Medicine” which offers hundreds of classes designed to support students on their quest for spiritual growth and knowledge. Some of our more popular classes include our “Crystal Healer” Certification Series, our Reiki Practitioner Training Series, the Chakra Energy System Series, and our Intuitive Development Series. In addition to classes, the school hosts community events including Spirit Message Circle and Singing Bowl Concerts. Finally, our Center provides healing services, including Reiki, and hosts monthly reading sessions from 7 different readers who each provide guidance in their own unique way! In service to the community, it is our intention to offer a multitude of resources under one roof and provide a healing space where everyone feels heard, honored, and respected.
