Take a restorative pause in your day with this 30+-minute mindfulness session, designed to help you center your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with the present moment. Attendees will learn the difference between Mindfulness and Meditation. The focus of both sessions will be on using your senses to recharge, refocus, and realign your energy.

This short yet powerful session is perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, providing a safe and supportive space. Attendees will leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and ready to step back into their day with clarity and peace.

What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of and accepting the present moment without judgment. It can help people manage their thoughts and feelings and reduce stress.

In this Level 1 class, we’ll use a variety of exercises and guided meditations to help you move heavy energy by tapping into your intuition. You’ll learn about the nature of energy and begin to sense different energy fields. We’ll explore several techniques for receiving messages from the etheric world, helping you discover which intuitive channel is strongest for you. As part of the experience, participants will draw aura pictures for each other and take home a unique drawing created by a fellow classmate. By sharing and discussing these drawings as a group, you’ll gain insight into how each person receives messages and recognize common patterns in intuitive understanding. Whether you’re brand new to our community or it’s been a while since your last visit, this is the perfect time to join us! Our offerings range from immersive, hands-on experiences – check out our shamanic or Reiki workshops - to deeply relaxing events, such as our Sound Baths with Adagio Sound Healing. Explore a vibrant mix of topics, including color and crystal healing, intuitive writing, mediumship, and intuitive development, among many others. Reiki Level III and Candlelight Attunement with Sheri Bauer, RMT, CCRMT and Monica Latus, RMT

During this seven-hour intensive, students will be introduced to the deeper meanings of Reiki symbols and their connection to the guides and angels of the Reiki frequencies. Students will learn to draw the Reiki Master symbol as well as other symbols that energetically support the Reiki Master symbol. They will also be required to demonstrate proficiency in drawing Level I and II Reiki symbols. Emphasis will be placed on learning to intuitively connect with a partner and access information to develop a healing protocol. Students will be attuned to Reiki Level III in a sacred Candlelight Attunement Ceremony. The designation of Reiki Practitioner Level III and an accompanying certificate will be awarded to each student successfully completing this class.

Our Center

Angel Light Center is a resource and refuge for all those pursuing spiritual growth and enlightenment. Within our retail branch, we offer high quality crystals, pendulums, essential oils, candles, smudging supplies, jewelry, tarot and oracle cards, books and CDs on metaphysical topics and so much more! Angel Light is also home to the “Art of Healing School of Energy Medicine” which offers hundreds of classes designed to support students on their quest for spiritual growth and knowledge. Some of our more popular classes include our “Crystal Healer” Certification Series, our Reiki Practitioner Training Series, the Chakra Energy System Series, and our Intuitive Development Series. In addition to classes, the school hosts community events including Spirit Message Circle and Singing Bowl Concerts. Finally, our Center provides healing services, including Reiki, and hosts monthly reading sessions from 7 different readers who each provide guidance in their own unique way! In service to the community, it is our intention to offer a multitude of resources under one roof and provide a healing space where everyone feels heard, honored, and respected. We are truly honored to do the work that we do and we hope to have the opportunity to meet you soon!
