• Site Leader: June 8 – Aug 14, 2026

⏰ Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
📍 Locations: Wauwatosa or South Milwaukee

✨ Camp Site Leader Duties:
• Lead daily camp operations
• Support & guide staff + volunteers
• Plan activities & all‑camp events
• Communicate with families
• Ensure a safe, positive environment

✨ Camp Counselor Duties:
• Support campers with ADLs + personal care
• Assist with medication administration
• Lead recreation & enrichment activities
• Maintain clean, safe program spaces
• Encourage independence & confidence

🌟 We’re Hiring: Adult Day Services Supervisor (Wauwatosa) 🌟

Do you have a passion for inclusive programming, team leadership, and supporting adults of all abilities? Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin is looking for an Adult Day Services (ADS) Supervisor to lead high-quality, engaging programming at our Wauwatosa Adult Day Services Program.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily program operations, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure participants receive meaningful, therapeutic, and socially inclusive experiences—all while working directly on the floor with participants each day.

💙 What You’ll Do:
• Supervise, train, and support ADS staff
• Plan and implement engaging therapeutic, social, and leisure activities
• Develop and oversee individualized participant care plans
• Coordinate community outings and special events
• Ensure participant safety, compliance, and quality documentation
• Serve as a key contact for participants, caregivers, and new referrals

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of experience in disability services and activity planning
• Case management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

✨ This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to make a real difference every day.
