Sometimes yoga doesn’t need a mat, a studio, or even a plan. Just headphones, sunlight on your skin, and letting your body move however it wants. I was recently in some friend’s backyard in Las Vegas—dogs playing, palm trees swaying, blue skies above—and it reminded me how simple, joyful, and free intuitive movement can be. 🌞🐾💚

Try it yourself. Put on your favorite song, and just move how it feels good

The people who are drawn to our studio want an active role in their own healing journey. Come here to cultivate a powerful body and mind through intentional practices and choices.

Yoga has always been a place where we can step out of the noise of the world and remember something inate...our bodies and minds have the power to heal. And when we practice with intention, our healing rate increases.
Each class featured intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to help calm anxiety, lift heaviness, and bring the body back into balance.

Entering my unbridled era

Less autopilot. More intention.
Less shrinking. More truth.
Less “someday.” More **now**.

Yoga keeps bringing me back to purpose. Every breath is a reminder that I get to choose how I show up. Every pose asks: *am I aligned? Am I present? Am I brave enough to soften and still stand strong?*

Living on purpose isn’t about having it all figured out — it’s about being grounded enough to listen, and bold enough to move.

Here’s to unbridled energy. Untamed growth. Unapologetic alignment. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Walk to the studio with me!

Sometimes it’s hard to be motivated to get outside when it’s cold. That’s why I like to combine my walk with my teaching schedule, that way I know I’ll go!
