Qualifying for the Customer Experience Award signifies that Cedar Community’s independent living has consistently ranked within the top 15 percent of care providers and from those, among the top 100 across the nation over the past
12 months. This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to residents and their families.

Throughout the year 2025, Cedar Community engaged independent living residents and their families in monthly telephone interviews. These conversations included open-ended questions and ratings across various categories. Cedar Community used this feedback to drive continuous improvement in independent living operations.
