I’m excited to be part of Moraine Park’s upcoming Health & Wellness Fair on April 28 in Fond du Lac.

I’ll be speaking on one of my favorite topics: The connection between metabolic health, hormones, and gut health.
These systems are deeply connected… and when they’re supported together, it can make a real difference in how we feel day to day. During my session, I’ll be sharing practical ways to support blood sugar, digestion, and daily habits that work in real life — even with busy schedules.

If you’re curious about how small shifts in nutrition and lifestyle can support energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing, I’d love for you to join the conversation.

There will also be a full lineup of speakers covering strength training, stress management, mindset, long-term care planning, and more. It’s shaping up to be a really meaningful day focused on community health.

I'm craving light & fresh this week, and this hits the spot! šŸ’š
Cranberry Chicken Salad Pita

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsps Mayonnaise
¼ Lemon (medium, juiced)
1 1/2 tbsps Fresh Dill (chopped)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
6 ozs Chicken Breast, Cooked (cubed)
1/4 cup Dried Unsweetened Cranberries
2 tbsps Red Onion (diced)
2 ozs Mini Whole Wheat Pita

Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken, cranberries, and red onion to the mayonnaise mixture and stir well. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Cut the pitas in half and stuff them with the chicken mixture. Enjoy!

Leftover Easter ham? - I've got you! Turn it into a quick, high-protein breakfast with these ham and egg cups! They’re delicious, easy to prep ahead, and make mornings a breeze while keeping your breakfast healthy and satisfying.

Hashbrown, Ham & Gruyere Egg Cups
serves: 8

Ingredients:

16 ozs Hashbrowns (thawed)
12 Eggs
1 cup Gruyere Cheese
6 ozs Sliced Ham (chopped)
1/3 cup Parsley (chopped)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400ĀŗF and lightly grease a muffin tray. Press the hash browns firmly into each cup to form a well.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the cheese, ham, and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the hash brown wells. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
4. Let the egg muffins cool slightly before removing them from the tray. Enjoy!

Grateful to join the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce, Leadership West Bend, and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation at West Bend High School for today’s press conference launching Distracted Driving Awareness Month.

During the event, I proudly took the pledge.

As a business owner and active member of this community, I believe we share a responsibility to support initiatives that protect and strengthen where we live and work. Promoting safer roads is one of those efforts.

I’m especially proud to serve on the committee for Leadership West Bend and to support the Leadership West Bend Class of 2026, who are leading this important initiative.

Distracted driving is preventable. Every one of us has the power to make a simple choice that could save a life.
