Update: Our West Bend clinic will be open next Friday 4/3.

Important Update: Our Manitowoc clinic is closed today.

All of our clinics will be closed on March 30 for important IT updates and training as we prepare for our transition. We will reopen April 2 and look forward to seeing you then.

Pharmacy Update:
Due to pharmacy licensing requirements, you may experience short delays in getting some prescriptions filled right after the change. Our team is working hard to keep any delays as minimal as possible.

Local health partners, including Ascension Wisconsin, Aurora Health Care, Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Lakeshore Community Health Care and Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department are urging residents to participate in a community health survey.

The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey will provide valuable data for continued evaluation of community needs and help guide government, not-for-profit, and volunteer organizations as they create services to meet the most pressing health needs of the community.

Do you have a knack for nurturing plants? Join Lakeshore Community Health Care and watch your efforts bloom! Our West Bend clinic (formerly the Albrecht Free Clinic) is looking for help pruning, weeding, and with general upkeep of well-established plantings.

Try it out for a few hours, or continue on a few times throughout the year, typically around early spring, mid-summer, and fall. If you're interested, please email lchchr@lakeshorechc.org.
